This program is dedicated to providing a simple and understandable approach towards personal development within individuals that want to improve their life through positive lifestyle changes. It is designed to work towards altering your perception and increase your self awareness mentally and physically to potentially enhance your quality of life. 

 

Target Group

Individuals that are struggling with health problems, especially individuals that have tried different methods in order to deal with their situation and have been unsuccessful. Individuals that are having a tough time processing and dealing with their mental health. I create guidance and understanding.

Output

An individual that is empowered holistically. There are 3 phases that target you as a whole and your honesty will deliver the best outcome for you. The biggest factor within all of this is accountability so that your level of self-awareness increases. Awareness is paramount when it comes to strengthening your foundation. You only know what you know, but you have the ability to expand your knowledge and I am are here to help foster that. 

 

The Goal

To create a safe place that incorporates a holistic approach in three phases of internal gratification through attacking mental well-being and health, physical exercises and training and healthy eating and diet.

The Program

Incorporating 3 phases, with each phase compounding on the previous phase.

Phase 1: Physical training

Whether I'd be as simple as taking a walk, running, explosive training or working out in the gym, join the group and train to burn off those unburnt energy and unwanted calories. Pump your body with all the right and good chemicals that your body releases during exercise.

Phase 2: Mental well-being and strengthening

Post physical training, engage in a group discussion that works towards stimulating your mind to think outside the box and see other individual's perspectives. Learn from each other and help build each other up. Strengthen each other's mental foundation to create that holistic balance spiritually and physically.

Phase 3: Healthy eating habits

Compounding on the previous phases, get your hands on one of the LesssGooo! smoothies that has been designed to replace your breakfast and lunch. It is power packed and filled with the goodness that your body needs at the cellular level. Being nutrient dense, its packed with minerals, vitamins, fiber and proteins.
